What we collect
- Account and booking details: name, email, phone, address, postcode, booking notes (for example access instructions or pets).
- Quote photos: photos you upload when booking so we can price your clean.
- Job photos: before and after photos of the rooms we clean, with the time they were uploaded.
- Job reports: notes you or our cleaners add to a job.
- Attendance: when a cleaner taps Check in or Check out, their location at that moment is checked against the job address. Customers never see staff locations.
- Enquiries: details you send through our website form.
- Rewards: your referral code, who referred you, and points earned.
Why we use it and our lawful basis
- To arrange, price, carry out and record your cleans — contract.
- To keep a dated photo record of each job for quality checks, disputes and insurance claims — legitimate interests.
- To send offers and cleaning tips, only if you opted in — consent. You can withdraw at any time in your account or by replying "stop".
- To show before and after photos in our public gallery, only if you ticked permission on that booking — consent. We never show addresses, faces, documents or personal items.
Who can see it
You see your own bookings, photos and reports. The cleaner assigned to your job sees the details needed to do it. Our admin team sees everything needed to run the business. We use Supabase (database and photo storage, London region), Vercel (website hosting) and Stripe (payments) as processors. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Job and quote photos and reports: 24 months after the clean. Account details: while your account is open, then 12 months. Enquiries that don't become bookings: 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Email us and we will respond within one month. If you're unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
